The TD reception organisation restruction!

During the last years the TD reception has grown and the management and communication in and between the different groups has been difficult. This year we therefore introduce a management team for the reception. The management team will, in addition to the project leaders, consist of seven people from the reception of different parts. These are the president and vice president of Fadderkå, the producer and vice producer of the Media Team, Mörk representing the so called hjälpisar and Snax and Dax will represent Rekås communication group and activity group.

The management team will lead their respective committees, but are also responsible of making groups have the same chance to influence decisions, have the same image of the reception and to promote communication between the different groups.

This means that there will be some major changes in the different group’s organization. Fadderkå will get another member as Vice President, Media team will get a Vice Producer. Rekå will be divided into two groups, an activity group that has activities during the day and a communication group that will get involved with sponsorship, graphics and communication with groups outside TD reception.
