Become a Buddy in the International Buddy Programme

Do you want to help new international students when they arrive in Uppsala? Do you want to get to know new people? Do you want to introduce new international students to Uppsala's student life? Do you want to practice speaking a foreign language or speak your native language perhaps? Apply to be a buddy in the International Buddy Programme!

Did you know international students make up 30 % of new students in Uppsala? Now you know, and in order to help them get new friends and find their way in Uppsala and Swedish society, an International Buddy Programme is arranged each year. As a student in Uppsala, you can apply to become a buddy, get newbies assigned to you and contribute to a better experince in Uppsala for the international students and for yourself.
