Summary of union board meeting 15-11-17

The meeting this wednesday came with the semester's longest agenda and the first meeting for the unions new board member Erik Bowall, welcome!

The unions Head of Corporate Relations visited and talked about some possible future collaborations. Many activity plans and budgets were discussed from the Management team, the Engineers and Computer Science Reception and Polhacks, and the requirements profiles for the project managers of SciTech Properietory Committee, The Puzzle Hunt Rally and Proprietorial Teachers were discussed.

At the meeting, a number of questions were also discussed regarding the next union council and it was decided which bills, motions and other materials that should be prepared for the meeting. There was also a discussion about the report made by the previous board of hard recruited positions in the union and about the new structure of the Board's UTN lectures held with our involved students.

The meeting ended at 23 o'clock, completed protocol will appear on the document archive when done and adjusted.
