The boards last meeting, 8/6

On Thursday the 8th of June, the board had their last meeting for the year. Sanne, president elect, attended the meeting as well.

The board discussed the activity report that the board writes following their year. There will probably some structural changes compared to the last few years. Two guidelines were either changed or accepted. The new guidelines regulates how the union works with food stuffs, and has been written by the Cafe Manager. The changed guidelines regulates external contacts, and the proposal had been written by the union's head of external relations.

The board also made the formal decisions regarding the last elections of the year. The board is happy to announce that the only two positions appointed by the board 16/17 that are still open are two positions as student representatives.

At the end of the quite short meeting, the board discussed the year and made a small evaluation.
