Summary of board meeting 2017-01-11

During this meeting the board mostly addressed operational plans and budgets. Some from our new members in the management team, some from our committees. This took most of the meeting.

In addition to operational plans and budgets the board discussed whether UTN should change from LibreOffice to Microsoft Office, now that all students are entitled to free versions. The board concluded that the use Microsoft Office is allowed but need to be used with the same templates as in LibreOffice. 

The board also discussed the possibility for UTN to update the website and IT systems but did not come a conclusion.
