Summary of board meeting 2016-11-16

In two week it's time for the union council to meet for the last time this semester and the board taked about what propositions to send in to the meeting. The board came up with a few, among others nominations to pelarmaskalker 2016 as well as to the Medal om merit.

A proposal from a member has been sent in the the union council meeting and the boars will wright a respons too it.

After this discussions the presidium of the Science students ball came to visit! They told us about what the committee are plannin to do during the anniversary week they are planning in february when the union turns 15 years! It's both interesting and fun to hear about their plans!

The board has recieved some comments on some of the guidelines that the union have in the archive. It's so very good that involved people send us comments when they see somethink that they want to change!

Last but not least the board talked about carpets in the café and some other things that has come up in the last week.

Next meeting will be held the 30th of November but we will se you at the next union council before that, won't we?
