Summary 2016:5

Out of nowhere November has arrived and with it comes a typical rainy autumn weather. However, in the Eva Netzelius hall at Blåsenhus where the second council meeting (FUM) of the semester is held, the atmosphere is much warmer.

The spirits are high when the officials, as usual, initiate the meeting by talking about what is going on within the union at the moment. The student liaison officers jokes about how to “save the best for last” when they are the last of the management team to talk and everybody have a good laugh.

The meeting continues with the first election which is a new precidingcommittee of the council for 2017! Three of the four posts announced were elected and we congratulates the amazing group of people that will lead the work of the union council next year: speaker Fredrik Bjernulf, deputy speaker Martina Magnusson and deputy secretary Josefina Ramstedt!

This evening, the board of the union got a new member as well when Felicia Arborén was elected member of the board with start in January. Congratulations!
