The board for next year have had the first part of their statutory meeting.
Last Tuesday the new board had their statutory meeting and some responsibilities was handed out such as the right to authoriz invoces and to see the 's bank accounts. It's good to take theese decisions before the summer so that the all the formalities can be fixes before the summer.
Since the board are still missing 2 members, we hope that theese positions will be filled at the next council meeting, the discussions about how we want to work together are postponed until after the meeting.
