Summary of Board meeting 2015-04-01

Tonight's board meeting was a long meeting with many attachments to read. In the beginning of the meeting, the speaker of the Union council visited the meeting to discuss the motions and propositions submitted to the Union council 2015: 2 (also called VAL-FUM). The upcoming union council will for example treat motions concerning the formation of an Electro section and commission descriptions for the new board which will be appointed in the coming FUM. All members are welcome to the next Union council which is on the 13th and 14th of April at 17:30 in Pol6140!

After a much needed dinner break the board treated commission descriptions for four new members in the management team which will be announced on the 12th of April. Are you ready to become the Unions new Manager of the café or the new Information officer? Submit your application on register.utn.se between the 12th and 22nd of April!

The board also treated a total of nine activity plans and budgets submitted during the last two weeks from all members of the management team and the Puzzle hunt committee. Although there were many documents to handle the discussions went on smoothly.

The meeting ended with a few discussion points and ended a few minutes past 10PM.
