Sammanfattning av styrelsemöte 4/3

This meeting was one of the shortest this year, as most of the officers for the year have been elected and so most of the project are already in full swing. It began with a round of messages where the delegates informed eachother of the latest news. After that, the board decided to announce a presiding committé for the Exam gasque, and to update some documents regarding the assignment and the offices.

For an election of officers to be formally valid, it must be held by the correct authority, so the board took the formal decision to elect the Project Manager and Vice Project manager for the Puzzle Hunt. Congratulations!

An assessment of the Reception for Engineering and Computer Science students, and a new version of the Project plan for the River Rafting had been sent to the board. It is always fun to learn what our members have been doing lately, and what they are planning next. The board discussed to documents, and will give the committes feedback on their work shortly.

Finally, the board decided to move the next board meeting to tuesday next week, to give some board members the possibility to work during Uthgårds Thursday pub on the 12/3.
