Summary of boardmeeting 140904

At last week's meeting the board discussed the assignment description and job description of the Polhacks and orientation committees. An assignment description is used to decribe what a project is all about and a job description is written to let the applicant know what task the project leader should preform. The board is now for new projekt ledars to these two committees! Take the chance and apply today!

The board also discussed the business plan and budget of the Pubmaster and Pub Crew and a studentrepresant has been assined to participate in SNUG.

At the next council meeting on Sept 29th the business plan (TVP) and budget of the union will be discussed so the board prepared a proposition for that. At the end of the meeting the board also discussed the member list of the union and the Mecenatcard, which will also later on be discussed at the councilmeeting.

And as usual, the board took the manatory "selfie".
