Summary, board meeting 140806 - 140807

During the past week we had two long meetings to discuss things such as what kind of documents we think that the organization might need or that need updating but also how the board in general should work for the year to come.

The board also took a close look at the tactical activity plan and budget that we use as a basis for the coming year, and we discussed the overall direction of these documents. Among other matters we talked about the guiding principles that we work by (anchorage and sustainable development) and how well it would work in the long run if they are replaced every year or if we should remove them from the plan instead.

In total, the meetings went great and we left them thinking of a bright future and looking forward to the meeting all the students starting (or returning) in a few weeks.
