Board meeting 2014-05-14

The board meeting on Wednesday was undoubtedly the shortest meeting this year, since the evening's agenda was full of other exciting events as well.

3.30 pm the board met to start the meeting, and the two hours that followed until 5:30 pm was very effective. During the meeting we discussed four activity plans submitted from the union's information officer , the prep year reception, the puzzle hunt rally and the Master Reception. The Master Reception will be organized in cooperation with the associated association BEST Uppsala, which we think will be great!

During the evening, we elected a new café manager , Emma Borg. Congratulations!

After the meeting was over , we went and visited the Prep year reception commitee. They are  in the process of planning the autumn reception, exciting! The rest of the evening was spent interviewing for the presiding committees for the River rafting and the Science Ball.
