Board meeting 2014-03-26

In March, a referral regarding subsidies to the sections have been sent out to different referral bodies, among them the section associations. The Board discussed the responses that had been submitted and the Board will send a proposition to the next council meeting on how sections will be awarded grants. A number of other propositions to the Council was also decided upon, such as the Student Union fee (still 0 SEK!) , leadership training and the purchase of a safe for Uthgård .

We are currently reviewing our cooperation with student consulting company Uppstuk AB, and during the meeting we discusses the suggested contract between the organizations. The Board also decided to update the graphicla profile, which now contains information about the Union's Facebook pages.

As usual cooperation between the different unions in Uppsala was lifted during the meeting and we discussed the agreements between unions about how the central student representative seats should be distributed, how our PHD students should be represented and how the Student Health activities will be supported .

We also discussed a couple of activity plans from Polhacks and the Culture group and we had time to talk a bit about thedinner for volunteers which will take place April 5.
