Information from the latest board meeting!

On Wednesday, the board met for the penultimate meeting of the semester. During the meeting we we´re discussing many exciting things and we had many guests visiting.

First UTN's information officer, Adam , visit us and discuss ideas regarding ways to facilitate and inspire the organization's communication engaged and interested students.

Then we talked about how our work with committee contacts worked so far, what is going well? What do we have to think about?. We planned and discussed things about the management team's and the boards handover in January and of course we talk about the latest news from the colaborations between student unions in Uppsala-meetings.

At the meeting UTN's Student Liaison Officers also visiting and discussed the problems associated with their different tasks and division of labor. We also discussed how to proceed in order to evaluate and update these things, so that UTN can pursue even better study monitoring. The plan is to establish a working group that will work on the issue during the spring semester .

We also discussed two business plans and budgets that have been received, the TD reception and the head of the prep teachers.

The next board meeting is already on Monday!
