Meeting of the board 2013-11-20

During the meeting on November 20, the Board received a visit from the council chairman Nils Anlind because of the council meeting of December 2. We talked about the documents that has been sent in, as a budget proposition and a proposition amending the UTN's opinion document.

During the meeting, we updated some policy documents, as job descriptions and terms of reference for the base year reception and the Master reception. The project leaders for those committees and for the Puzzle hunt will be announced in December, so stay tuned if you want more information about it! We also had time to visit the TD reception newly appointed management team and we talked about the evaluation they will implement. Other items discussed were a dinner for volonteers that is upcoming, a referral of cheating and plagiarism which we will answer as well as possible membership in the League of Young Scientists.
