Meeting of the board 2013-11-13

In the beginning of the meeting both Position Descriptions and Commission Descriptions were discussed for the reception for master students and the reception of the students at the Preporatory programme in Science and Engineering. These documnets were also discussed for the Puzzle Hunt. The Position Description describes the resources an d the responsibilities of an official. The Commision description is tool for the board to describe what the officials should work towards.

The meeting also discussed cooperation between the different student unions that will be active at Uppsala University from new year . Topics discussed included the distribution of student representatives at the central level in the spring.

The board is also preparing an education about the organisation structure of UTN and the decision path in the organisation for the committed students. During the meeting de structure of this education and the goal of it were discussed.
