Summary of the Council meeting 9th of February 2012

Thursday arranged the club office on first Thursday pub and at the same time the board met for the meeting. Great pub food and IT buns made ​​that no one need be hungry this evening!

It was no less than 18 buns that the IT-students gave to the board, sadly non of them survived the more than three-hour long meeting. A lot was on the agenda. Not least, we passed paragraph number 200.

Both the head of Prep Teachers' and Pub Crew's activity plans were discussed and there is much to look forward to this spring, for example there will be weekly pubs on Uthgård. Keep an eye on noticeboards and in the newsletter! The Pub Crew has also expanded with a new post: Event Master, who will plan the major events and give us a new chapter battle this fall!

The Board will also present a number of bills for next week's council meeting (Monday 20/2). It includes the proposal of forming a group that investigates how the reception of new students at the SciTech Faculty can look like in the future and another about changing the term of Technas editor to full-year instead of six months as it is now. More about this on Monday!

It was also decided that UTN should obtain a solution for being able to buy tickets and similar directly on the internet. It is Forskå and Lankå who together took the initiative and we all believe that this can make it easier for many people, both committees, workgroups and chapter associations.
