Except from having good study results and the greater part of the undergraduate studies done, the nominee should also have been active in a union- and/or a nation, have done special efforts for other students alternatively developed entrepreneurship with connection to the university's organisation.
All organizations and individuals with connection to the university are allowed to nominate people for the scholarship. The nomination should be extensive and be handed in at September 30th the latest. The person awarded the scholarship is decided by Anders Wall's foundations after suggestions from a committee which is made up by for example the vice-chancellor and representatives from the student unions and the Kuratorskonventet.
