Work full time at UTN's office next year

Each of us at UTN:s office are convinced that we have the worlds best full time employment. One year off the studies, a awesome merit on the CV and the time of our life. This is a step-for-step guide how you can get the job as head of education, head of student welfare, manager of the café or information manager.

Step 1

Become a member in UTN! Double-check that you are a member of UTN and that all the information about you is correct. The membership is of course free.

When? Now!

Where? At www.utn.se

Step 2

Come and see who becomes part of UTN's board for the forthcoming year. UTN's board consist of a president, a vice president and five delegates. Your job at UTN's office will include a lot of cooperation with the UTN's board and it is of course a good to see who they are. Grasp the time and talk with the people holds the office positions today and the next board, everyone will be there.

When? 11^th april

Where? Mässen, ITC house 6 (next to the Aula).

Step 3

Look for the announcement of the position you want. It will be hard to apply if you miss the announcement but don't worry, UTN's information officer (maybe your predecessor) will make it easy for you.

When? Middle or end of April.

Where? Look at the noticeboards or check out www.utn.se

Step 4

Apply! Try to tell why you are the perfect person for the honourably task. Be inspired by step 2.

When? Short after step 3

Where? Once again, at www.utn.se. You will apply through the register, so if you want to save a click or to you can go directly to https://register.utn.se/index.php?lang=en

Step 5

Charm the election committee. UTN's election committee, where all of UTN:s sections has the right to have a representative, interviews the candidates.

When? Agnes, the fantastic president of UTN's election committee will conntact you

Step 6

Charm UTN's board. They are the ones who makes the final decision, usually in line with what the election committee suggests.

Step 7

Celebrate! That is of course what you do when you been selected to such an important task.
